TERMS OF SERVICE
I prefer taking the full payment beforehand. I use PAYPAL and BANK TRANSFER/MOBILEPAY if you're Finnish customer.
Commissions usually takes 2-4 weeks to complete, but I will update you if I need more time.
I can work with deadlines, but I prefer them not to be very strict or coming in a week or two from the commissioning day.
I work with multiple commissions at the same time because it feels easier for me. Therefore I don't have strict queue.
I will ignore your messages if you're asking for updates every day. Once a week is fine, but I prefer updating you whenever I make progress.
I will send you wips of every step including. sketch, lines, colors and shading.

If for some reason I can't finish your commission, you will get full refund. If you want your money back for other reasons, I will not refund you.
Please don't priorize my art over food or other things mandatory to your health! You can always message me when you have better situation with money.
